1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Uganda to use KYK. By registering you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Investment Policy
All investment packages have fixed amounts, daily income, and a 60-day duration. Returns are credited automatically once per 24 hours until maturity. After completion, earnings stop.
3. Deposits
Deposits are made via Airtel Money to the merchant code displayed in your dashboard. Every deposit must be supported by a payment screenshot and is reviewed manually by our team before being credited.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed manually by KYK. Withdrawal requests must include a valid Airtel Money number registered in your name.
5. Risk Disclosure
While we strive to deliver consistent daily returns, all investments carry inherent risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only invest what you can afford.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret, providing accurate payment information, and complying with applicable laws.
7. Account Security
Use a strong unique password. Do not share account access. Notify KYK immediately of any suspected unauthorized activity.
8. Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to submit fraudulent deposit screenshots, duplicate accounts, or fake transactions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
9. Privacy
We collect only the data required to operate the platform: profile details, payment evidence, and transaction history. We never sell your data to third parties.
10. Platform Rules
KYK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any package or feature at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
